Notice to our Customers: After more than 15 years of holding our prices, we finally gave in and did a modest increase in prices for all of our tools. The increase in our costs has been rising all these years, and we had to respond. We waited as long as possible. How It Works: Our tools are all hand-made to order. For this reason, we don't process credit cards immediately but rather only after an order is processed and just prior to being shipped. When you fill out the order forms with your contact/shipping and credit card information a secure encrypted email is sent to us. We get the email, decrypt it and start crafting your tool(s). You will receive a personal confirmation email, after making your purchase, from Jim White just to make sure we've got all the information right. The normal time from order to receipt of your tool is 4-6 weeks depending on current work-load. We appreciate your patience and promise our tools are worth the wait! Shipping: Though shipping is calculated when you make your order, it may not be the final shipping charge. When you receive your email from Jim White it will include the final shipping charge for your order. Special Orders: When you order a specialty plane there will be no price information in your web-receipt. Pricing for specialty orders is based on available woods and market pricing for those woods. James White will email you soon after your order is placed to quote a price for any specialty order. Thank you for your order!! |
